We are folks carvin' out a livin' in the rural areas we chose to call home, brushippie is in the Missouri Ozarks, and Ive settled in the pineywoods and we work hard at livin' and getting by!..... no frills, just simple life, grow some veggies, make some meat and try to keep things to a dull roar :o .... at this forum you will encounter cussin' an spittin', gripin' and complaints, laughter and joy, in other words, regular life...... drop in and share.....east texas

We got hooked on these at a Seafood Restaurant. This was my first attempt and i think I nailed it. At least Suzanne liked them.  Traditional Boudin is made of the scraps and organ (livers) meats
